       In testimony of all which and In pursuance of her Maj.tys Comission
       to us directed as aforesaid Wee have hereunto Sett and Affixt our hands &
       Seales as by the same wee are required this Tenth day of July Anno Dm 1710

To her Maj.tys high and honble Court of Chancery

             It is humbly Certifyed in Obedience to her Maj.tys Comission to us Samuel Young
             Charles Greenberry and Thomas Larkin or any two of us Directed to Examin
       Evidences in perpetuam rei Memoriam of and Concerning a Certain Cause there Depending
       Between Matthew Beard Complanant and Mordicai Moore Defend.t as also what
       Wittness's by either party should be nominated and produced relating thereto but
       the Complainant being severally first sworne to the Severall Interrogatorys
       following Viz.t  And

             First of George Green of            County

1.st Int.ry   Did you know Rich.d Beard the Elder of Ann Arundell County

            To this Interrogatory he saith he did know the said Rich.d Beard and Further Saith
       not

2.dly   Did you know Thomas Roster Eliz.a Carrington and Thomas Pensethwick all or any
       of them supposed to be Evidences subscribed to the said Rich.d Beard the Elders Will Dated
       the 24.th of July 1675 and which of them

       To this Interrogatory he saith he knew one John Rutter but John Roster & Eliz.a
       Carrington he knew not or any of the name of Pensethwick but that one Thomas Smithwick
       a Cooper he did know but that any of them were Evidences to the Will of Richard Beard the
       Elder dated the 24.th July 1675 he knew not  And further he beleives himself at that
       time to have been a Resident on the Easterne Shoare & Further saith not

3.d In.ry   Did you see any of the aforenamed psons and which of them signe as Evidences to the
       afd pretended Will Dated as aforesaid
   
       To this Interrogatory he saith he knows not that any of them were Evidences
       the second Interrogatory  And further saith Not
