(67) Six breeding Sowes Two Feather bedds one pot and ketle & all that tract of Land belonging to him att y.e Said Herring Creeke the Same he fully gave to him for his use & behoofe and did thereby order that hee should have y.e Same when he should bee att y.e Compleate Age of 21 years And hee did also thereby give & bequeath unto y.e Comp.lt Ann his Debts & Legacies being payd att y.e Age of eighteen years all his psonall Estate Land moveable & Immoveables w.tsoever should be found due to his Said estate and hee did thereby order and Determine that in case shee should due y.t halfe of his Said land and Estate should be given to his Said Sonn in Law Joseph Bullet the other moyty to be Imployed in y.e Setting Forward a threeschole and in Case Bullet should dye before one and twenty years of Age his will was that the above menconed Estate should be wholly and Solely disposed and employed aboute y.e threeschole aforesaid and in Case y.e Said Joseph should dye before he come to one and twenty years of Age he did order and bequeath the Land to him Bequeathed to y.e Comp.lt Ann to be enioyed att y.e Age of eightene Years as aforesaid And lastly hee did thereby order & appoint his Trusty and beloved Freinds the Defd.ts to y.e Seeing of that his last will & Testam.t executed & p.rformed according to y.e Tenor & true meaning thereof after whose Death y.e Defd.ts as Trustees or Guardians to y.e Comp.lt Ann tooke possion of y.e Said Reall & Personall Estate & pcured letters of Adm.con of y.e Said Testato.rs Estate to bee to them Comitted and by virtue thereof disposed thereof att their wills & pleasures & exhibited an Inventory thereof out of which Severall goods belonging to y.e Said Personall Estate were omitted And y.e Said Comp.lt Ann being arrived att y.e Age of Sixteene Years & having Married y.e Comp.lt Richard who are of years of discreccon Sufficient to manage his owne Estate the Said Comp.lt have Demanded possion of y.e Said Reall & Personall Estate & to have y.e Same Defd.ts acco.t to them for y.e measue proffits of y.e Said Estate & proceed & increase thereof they y.e s.d Defd.ts still detyne y.e Same Refusing to Render y.e Comp.lts any acco.t thereof or maintenance out of y.e Same whereby no Improvem.t cann be made thereof they p.rtended y.e Same it not to Come to y.e Comp.lts till y.e Comp.lts Ann atteine y.e Age of eighteene Years according to y.e exprese words of y.e will & So keepe y.e Comp.lts out of possession contrarie to Equity to y.e intent therefore to have y.e said defd.ts acco.t for y.e Said psonall estate & to have y.e decree of this Court to Compell them thereunto & to Deliver upp possion thereof & of y.e Said Lands & p.rmisses |
