       Devised aforesd to y.e Comp.lts Richard & Ann in Right of
       the Said Ann or that they might have maintenance
       thereout they y.e s.d Comp.lts Humbly Craved y.e ayd & assistance
       of this Hono.ble Court & y.t pcesse of Spa might be thereout
       awarded against y.e s.d Defd.ts for them to appear & answer y.e
       said bill To which bill of y.e said Comp.lts y.e Said defd.ts all of
       them appeared & put in their Joynt & Severall answers to y.e
       Said bill & thereby did Set forth that y.e Said John Price did
       make Such will as in y.e bill is Set forth & after dyed leaving
       y.e Comp.lt Ann about two Years old after whose death y.e
       defd.ts as overseers of y.e Said Will & Guardians to y.e Said Infant
       did in pursuance of y.e Trust in them Reposed by y.e Said
       John Price his will and out of a tender Care they had
       for y.e Orphan & to p.rserve y.e Estate from being wasted they
       Caused y.e said will to be proved & procured tens of Adm.con
       to bee to them Comitted in pursuance of a Law then in force
       Intituled an act for p.rservacon of Orphans estates and by
       virtue thereof possed themselves of y.e Said Deceaseds
       psonall estate & stock as they could finde and caused y.e
       Same to be Appraysed & Inventorired & exhibited an Inventory
       thereof into y.e Court for Probate of with & granting
       Adm.cons and tooke uppon them y.e tuition & educacon of
       the Comp.lt Ann And being So in possion of y.e Said decds
       Estate the Commissio.rs of S.t Maries County did in pursuance
       of y.e Said Law for p.rservacon of Orphans Estates & y.e
       Authority thereby to them given as was then usuall in such
       Cases Sumon y.e said defd.ts to give them are acco.t of y.e
       said Estate which y.e Said def.ts did according as by a Coppy
       thereof to y.e said answer annexed might Appeare amounting
       to y.e Sume of twenty thowsand Five hundred and Fifty pounds
       of tobacco which acco.t followeth in these words the acco.t of
       Coll John Prices Estate p.rserved by y.e overseers of y.e Said
       Estate the 6.th day of September 1664 The Estate Credito.rs
       p W.m Hollingsworth Six thowsand pound of tobacco & within
       Price p Contract Fifteene hundred pounds of tobacco & Anthony
       Griffin besides Court Chardges Foure hundred pounds of tob
       & W.m Palmer Ex.d Seaven hundred pounds & W.m Watts foure
       hundred twenty two pounds & Peter Watts nine hundred pounds
