       Sterl and the Interest thereof from y.e time of such purchase
       amounting to fifty one pounds seaventeene shillings and six pence
       sterl in the the whole from principall and Interest the sume
       of one hundred seaventy six pounds seaventeene shillings & six
       pence ster and 2714 pounds of Tobacco cost of this suite unless the
       Defendants on or before the 15.th day of December next make
       Assure Confirme or cause to be made Assured and Confirmed unto
       the Comp.lt a good firme clear and indefeazable Estate of inheritance
       in fee simple of in and to the said Lands in the said Bill
       specified saveing the p.rtentions of the Indians in the Comp.ts
       Bill mentioned Wee Doe therefore hereby Comand you the
       said James Neale Jeremiah Adderton and Mary Adderton &
       every of you y.t to all intents and purposes you performe
       fullfill and Comply with the tenor of the Decree afores.d by
       makeing or procureing to be made unto him the said James
       Heath such Estate as by the said Decree is required on or before
       the said 15.th day of December next and paying him the 2714
       pounds of Tobacco Costs therein or in Case of failure of makeing
       or procureing to be made unto him such Estate by the time
       aforesaid you and every of you pay unto the said James Heath
       his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes the aforesaid sume of One hundred
       seaventy six pounds seventeene shillings and six pence ster
       with the Two Thousand seaven hundred and fourteene pounds
       of Tobacco Costs aforesaid whereof you and every of you are not to
       faile at your perill Witness our Trusty and well beloved friend
       Maj.r Grall Edward Lloyd Keeper of our Great Seale in our said
       Province of Maryland
