       To him the said James Heath And the said Mary did further sett forth y.t
       the said Charles and Richard Calvert still persisting in their Villang could
       not (as advised) without suite discover said fraud nor Compell them
       or any claimed under them to make assure and firme Estate to the said
       Jeremiah and Mary and hope the Keeper of our ^said^ Great Seale will stay the
       hearing of the said James Heaths Cause against the said Jeremiah and
       Mary &c untill hearing of their Cause against the said Charles & Richard
       Calvert when the said Mary hoped to have the fraud of the said Charles
       and Richard Calvert and thereby obtaine suite decree as shall give the said
       James Heath and absolute and undeafeazable Estate in fee in said
       Lands etc  And the said Jeremiah Adderton did sett forth that knew
       nothing of the Allegations complaints frauds or evill intentions of any
       of the party or partyes in the said James Heaths Bill menconed nor of
       any other matter or thing relateing to the Transaccons Betweene them
       upon hearing of w.ch Bill and seperate answ.rs before Coll Edw.d Lloyd
       p.rsent Keeper of our seale in the severall matters therein and thereby
       alleadged and sett forth maturely weighted and Considered and the Arguments
       of the Councill on Both sides thoroughly heard and the substance thereof
       duely taken in Consideration and it appearing upon the whole matter
       that the Comp.lt James had for a good ^and^ valluable Consideracon purchased
       the Lands in his Bill of Comp.lt menconed ^and y.t y.e title made him thereunto^ or some other price deriveing
       under defective and defeazable and y.t the Inheritance remained in Rich.d
       Calvert in the Bill menconed or some other person deriveing under him
       and that whatever fraud might be Betweene the said Rich.d Calvert &
       his Brother Charles in the ^sd^ Bill named in relacon to the s.d Lands the said
       Comp.lt is noe party but an utter stranger thereto and therefore ought in
       all Justice equity and good Conscience to be releived in our said Court
       whereupon our said Keeper of our seale did in our said Court determine
       sentence and Decree that the Defendants in the Bill of Comp.lt specified
       should pay unto the said Comp.lt the purchase money by him disbursed
       for the Lands afores.d amounting to One hundred Twenty five pounds
