       Granted or Covenanted to grant the Lands in the said James
       Heaths Bill menconed to the said James Neale ^father to the sd Mary in fee as by the s.d Deed did more at large appear w.ch Lands y.e s.d James Neale^ togeather with his
       wife Eliz in the Month of Aprill 1702 or thereabouts Granted to
       the said Mary and her late Husband Charles Edgerton deceased in
       fee with warranty to the said Charles against them the s.d Charles
       and Elizabeth and against Charles Calvert in the Bill menconed &
       all claimeing by from or under them or any of them  And the s.d
       Mary did further sett forth that her said Late husband Charles
       Edgerton deceased togeather with her the said Mary sometime
       after Conveyed the said Lands to the said James Heath and his
       heires and that she had heard that he the said James Heath was
       dubious of his Title to the Lands in the Bill menconed and wanted
       a release from Charles Calvert son and heire of William Calvert
       Esq.r deceased who Covenanted to Grant the same to the said Maries
       Father James Neale as aforesaid w.ch release y.e said James Neale for
       the affection he bore to his said Daughter thought with Great Paines
       charge and trouble as the said Mary is informed  And to sell the
       said James Heath Heath at quiet procured a release for the s.d
       Charles Calvert to the said James Heath and his heires with
       warranty against the said Charles Calvert and his heires and all
       claimeing from by or under him but for as much as the said
       Mary was given to understand that the said Charles Calvert
       has since the tyme of the said Deed or release fraudulently
       and with evill intention Deceipt and Guile combined with his
       Brother Richard Calvert and Conveyed him the said Lands and
       the better to Colour the same fraud dated the said Deed to the s.d
       Richard before the said Release made to the said James Neale
       though as informed really and bonafide made after w.ch
       occationed the said James Heath to Comence this Suite in this
       Honoble Court against the said Jeremiah and Mary & as to
       Compell them to make and firme the title of the same Lands
