          And then persuant to a perintory order of this Court the a
       foregoing bills and Answer and all the Depositions aforesaid was
       againe read and heard  And by the Attorneys afd fully argued and
       debated by theire pleadings on both sides it is againe Considered by
       his Excell the Keeper and his Associates that the Decree aforesaid
       given and past by this Hono.ble Court on the seaventh day of May 1705
       infavour of the Complt be held firme and good to all ends intents
       and purposes as the same was then given and granted by this Court
       And it is further Decreed the Defendant Nicholas Lowe pay and
       satisfye unto the Complt Alexander Forbes his moderate and
       reasonable Cost and Charges by him laid out and Expended as
       well at Comon law as in this Court of Chancery Amounting to
       the sume of Thirteene Thousand forty and two pounds of Toba
       by the Court here Taxed and allowed of

                       Robert Smith of the same County Defd.t by George Plater
                    his Attorney and this Cause being come to hearing according to
              order of this Court dated the Tenth day of May instant  And the
       bill of Complt Answer and replication being read heard and theire
       Attorneys being fully heard and the Depositions of the Evidences on
       both sides througly pleaded and debated and the Court find the full
       scope of the Complt.s bill appeared to be that a certain Communication
       was had and moved by and betweene the sd Complt Alexander
       Forbes and Robert Smith Esq.r the aftoresaid Defendant of and Concerning
       the purchase of sev.rall percells of Land upon Kent Island
       which the sd Robert for and in consideracon of the sume of Two
       hundred pounds Ster or fifty thousand pounds of Tobaccoe to him
