627) Done before I further Examined the Deponant if he knew the other bounded trees of the said land who answered that he knew nothing further thereof Sworne and examined before me the day above written Given under my hand and Seale James Stoddart (Seale) Att a Court of Chancery held at Annapolis the fifth day of May in the fourth year of the reigne of our Sovraigne Lady Queene Ann &c Annoq Dm 1705 Present His Excell the Governour and Keeper &c Thomas Tench Esq.r Robert Smith Esq.r Of the Hono.ble Councell Alexander Forbes Complt v Nicholas Lowe Defendant It is ordered by the Court this Cause come to hearing the Seventh of May instant On which said Seaventh of May the Court againe setts and present as before Then appeard Alexander Forbes by Charles Carroll his Attorney and the said Nicholas Lowe Defd.t and this Cause being ready for hearing according to order of Court the 7.th May instant and the bills and Answers being read And the said parties by theire Attorneys being fully heard and the Examinacons and Cross Examininacons of the Witnesses being openly read and throughly pleaded on both sides the Substance of which the said bill appeared to be that heretofore (Viz.t) on or about the Tenth day of July in the year of our Lord 1697 a Certaine Communicacon was had and moved by and betweene the sd Alex.a Forbes Complt and one Nicholas Low the Defend.t of in and Concerning the hireing of a certaine Sloope or Vessell of the sd Lowes Called and knowne by the name of the five man boat for the Transporting Divers goods Wares and Merchantdizes of the Complts from Wye Choptanke and Williamstadt to Plantacon of his upon Parsons neck Whereupon it was agreed betweene |
