    Show me the other bounded Trees of Scotts Lott  Upon which he
       further showed me a Stump of an Oake which he declared was
       the second bound Tree of the land Called Scotts lott and that he
       saw Charles Boteler bound the same at the first surveying
       thereof I further Examined the Deponant  If he knew the reming
       trees of the said Land  He answered that he knew nothing
       further thereof for that at the first survey no more Trees was
       bounded
       Sworne and Examined before me the day above written Given
       under my hand and Seale

       Att the same time I Caused the first tree above menconed to be
       shipt above the bounded Notches thereof  And with a paire
       of marking Irons Cutt these Letters in this order SIC in the
       presence of Christopher Tompson John Lasley James
       Moore Jun and John Browne Junior  And alsoe round the
       Second Stump I caused sundry Saplins to be shipt in psence
       of the same persons


Prince Georges County fs            August 16.th 1708

       James Moore aged sixty two yeares being sworne upon
       the holy Evangelist that he discover to the best of his knowledge
       and remembrance the bounds and bounded trees of a Tract of
       land Called by the name of Scotts lott and formerly surved for
       one Daniell Cuningham  And being Examined declared that within
       the space of twelve moneths after the first Surveying of the
       Land called Scotts Lott the Surveyor thereof named Charles
       Boteler showed him the same bounded oak first menconed in
       Coll Ninian Beales Deposition  And told him that it was the
       Northeast bounded tree of a Tract of land of the Deponants called
       Moore plaines  And alsoe the first bound tree of the land calld
       Scotts Lott  And further the Deponant saith that some time
       After Charles Boteler and his Brother Ninian Beale went both
       with him to the same tree and told him as Charles Boteler had
