The Chancery Court setts againe the Twentieth day of September October next Prince Georges County fs August 16.th 1708 Collonell Ninian Beale aged Eighty Three years or there abouts being sworne on the holy Evangelist That he discover to the best of his knowledge and remembrance the bounds and bounded trees of a Tract of Land called by the name of Scotts Lott and Formerly Surveyed for one Daniell Cunnigham who being Examined Concerning the premisses showed me a bounded oake which he declared he saw M.r Char Boteler bound for the First bounded tree of Scotts Lott And further declared that said Botelar was the Surveyor which first surveyed the said Land Called Scotts Lott and that the Tree above menconed was bounded at the first survey thereof And further declares that the same tree was the Northeast Tree of a Tract of Land Called Moores plains further I Examine the Deponant if he Could show |
