       ag.t               Whereas heretofore y.t is to say on y.e 23.d day of Feb.r Anno
Ed Rumney           Dom 1705/6 Geo Parker Gent Exec.r of y.e last Will & Testam.t
       of Gab.ll Parrot of Ann Arund.l County Merc.t decd did exhibit his y.e s.d
       Exec.rs Bill in Chancery agt Edw Rumney of y.e s.d County shipwright
       setting forth therein  That he y.e s.d Edw.d in y.e Lifetime of Testa.r
       Parrot was by bond and y.e s.d Edw.ds hand & seal perfected justly indebted to y.e
       s.d Testat.r One Hundred & two pounds sterl  And y.t y.e s.d bond was
       found after y.e s.d Testat.rs death among other y.e s.d Testat.rs papers  And
       y.t althô y.e s.d Testat.r before he died did by Lewis Duvall gent by whom
       he sent y.e bond af.d demand y.e s.d Debt w.ch was one hundred & two
       pounds sterl (as in y.e Condition of y.e s.d bond is expressed)  And y.t thô y.e
       af.d Exec.r has also demanded y.e same since y.e Testat.rs death from y.e s.d
       Edw.d yet y.e s.d Edw.d not only refused to pay y.e s.d debt but also hearing
       y.t y.e af.d bond is casually lost or misslayed so y.t it could not be produced
       to be sued at Law ag.t s.d Edw.d He y.e s.d Edw.d has in his Answer
       upon oath denied y.t he ever past any bond to S.d Testat.r Parrot for
       y.t sum of one Hundred & two pounds st (taking advantage ag.t
       y.e Exec.r by y.e s.d bonds being lost (as afores.d) yet confessing himself to be
       indebted considerably to y.e s.d Testat.r at y.e time of his death) as by y.e af.d Bill &
       Answer may more fully appear  And Whereas y.e s.d Exec.r has therefore
       in his s.d bill Complayned of & desired Relief in Equity ag.st y.e s.d
       Fraud of y.e s.d Edward  Therefore upon a full hearing of y.e
       s.d Complainants s.d bill & of y.e s.d Defts Answer & of y.e Depositions
       filed thereon & of y.e Debates of y.e Chancell as well for y.e Deft as y.e
       Complainant on this 19.th day of July An Dom 1707 & y.e sixth
