       Whereas as certain finall Judgm.t a Decree was lately made before us in
       our Court of Chancery w.ch is hereunto annexed  That you y.e s.d Edw.d shall
       satisfie & pay to Geo Parker Gent Exec of Gab Parrot and Ninety pds
       st & his y.e s.d Exec.rs costs of suit in a Cause in our s.d Court lately heard

                             Whereas heretofore y.t is to say on y.e 23.d day of Feb.r An.o Dom 1705 Jn.o
       Parsons late of Kent County plant.r exhibited his bill of Complaint in y.e high
       Court of Chancery ag.st Tho Beckles of s.d County plant.r & shewing y.t he y.e s.d
       Jn.o stood seized in Demesne as of Fee in a certain tract of Land called
       Plain Dealing lying in Kent County on y.e Northside of Chester
       Riv.r begining at a marked Pockhickory said to stand at y.e East end of
       of a pcell of Land taken up by Tho.s Grunwyn called Horn Hill & from
       thence with a Line drawn East up y.e River one hundred perches thence w.th
       a Line drawn North four hund.d perches thence with a Line drawn
       West one hund.d perches & fro thence w.th a Line drawn south to y.e aforesaid
       Pockhickory containing two hund.d & Fifty acres more or less or w.ch s.d Jn.o
       formerly built an house & was not any time disturbed therein until a
       Certain Tho Beckes afd pretending y.t y.e af.d Land called Plain Dealing
       & Horn Hill & Ward Oak doe joyne on one another w.ch indeed is false for y.t Ward
       oak lyeth much lower down y.e River af.d) took up out of y.e Land af.d called
       Plain Dealing one hund.d twenty five Acres & forcibly dispossessed s.d John of
       y.e same so y.t s.d John was obliged to bring an ejectment agt.t s.d Thomas for
       Recovery thereof  But y.e Court & Jury being amused by y.e afd pretentions
       of s.d Tho.s brought a Verdict for s.d Tho.s & gave Judgm.t ag.t s.d John for
       two thous.d six hund.d Ninety five pounds of tob Cost of suit w.ch s.d Tho.s executed
