       Additional Deposition of Jonathan Jones

       This Depo.t having given a Deposition concerning y.e dividing bounds
       of y.e Land sometimes belonging to W.m Sivick & Abraham Nailer before
       M.r Josias Twogood & M.r Jn.o Blackmore y.e 9.th day of July 1705 & by some
       Mistake this Dep.t finds omitted some pticulars w.ch this Dep.t very well knows
       & remembers related to y.e s.d dividing bounds  The purpose whereof this Dep.t
       being first sworn upon y.e holy Evangelist doth say y.t he hath heard y.e s.d
       W.m Sivick & y.e s.d Abraham Nailer discourse together concerning their
       dividing bounds  And y.e s.d Abraham did say he was willing to allow unto
       him y.e s.d Sivick some of his y.e s.d Nailers Land at y.e head of so he y.e s.d
       Sivick would allow to him y.e s.d Nailer Land on y.e Creek or words to y.t
       Effect  And likewise this Dep.t has heard y.e s.d W.m say in words y.t signified
       his Consent y.t he was willing to y.e s.d proposall  And thereupon as
       this Dep.t hath ever understood y.e dividing Line mentioned in his s.d
       other Deposition was run between y.e s.d W.m & Abraham  This Dep.t also Remembers
       y.t in the s.d Line in his s.d other Deposition mentioned in a place
       where no tree was to be high ^lined^ there was a post set up y.e w.ch this Dep.t hath
       been often told in y.e Life time of y.e s.d W.m Sivick & Abr Nailer was y.e
       post set up by them y.e s.d Sivick & Nailer in their Divising Line & y.t
       this Dep.t as being then y.e serv.t of y.e s.d Sivick hath often worked & tended y.e
       Land to y.e s.d post or his Master y.e s.d Sivicks Side without any Manner of
       hinderance or being forbid by y.e s.d Nailer tho this Dep.t saith he is sure
       y.e s.d Nailer knew thereof  Nor did he hear or understand of any Other
       dividing Line upon y.e s.d Land between y.e s.d Sivick & Nailer than
       what this Dep.t in his s.d former Depos.n & this he hath mentioned
       And further saith not
