       said Ship to them on the behalf of S.r John Rogers for the Sum y.t
       She was appraised to being as was then at the making such proposalls discoursed     
       of 337.  11.s  4.d for w.ch sum save onely what was to be deducted
       for Sailors wages they the s.d Harvey and Rogers were to draw bills in S.r John
       Rogers and were to give good security to the liking of the s.d John Dansey for y.e
       same Acceptance and paym.t of the s.d Bills before the s.d ship should
       saile away to be delivered unto them on the behalf of S.r John Rogers
       and saith that they made an absolute agreem.t according to the s.d proposalls
       at the time af.d and saith that he knows and was p.rsent at Newport
       in Charles County where the s.d partys mett at the store house of S.r John
       Rogers ab.t giving the af.d Security to Geo Muschampe Esq.r in pursuance to y.e
       s.d agreem.t and saith that the s.d Muschampe was then p.rsent & ready to Take
       the securitys and that the s.d Rogers the Factor offerd Major James Smallwood
       and one Sam.ll Lockett Securitys for paym.t of the s.d Bills as af.d which
       were approved by John Dansey before that time & at y.t time by the said
       Geo Muschampe but this Depo.t saith that the s.d Smallwood & Lockett
       refused to be Security fort the s.d Harvey this Depo.t further deposeth and
       saith that he was p.rsent severall times and heard the s.d John Dansey
       often times offer unto the s.d Factors to deliver the s.d Ship and qualifie her
       for sailing away upon giving the s.d Bills and Security according to the s.d
       Agreem.t in and so often heard the s.d Factors promise and agree to give the said
       security and this Depo.t Saith that on the 17.th day of March 1702 he this
       Depo.t was actually p.rsent at Bushwood in S.t Marys County at w.ch time and
       place the s.d Harvey passed Bills to the s.d Dansey for the sum of 70.  11.s  10.d
       & deliverd other Bills for the remainder of the appraisem.t of the s.d Ship to M.r
       Muschamp and at y.t time agreed and undertook to give good security according
       to the s.d former agree.t for the true paym.t & acceptance of the s.d Bills
       and further to this Int he is not produced
