       Sovereign Lady Anne Queen of England &c and in the Year
       of our Lord God 1705 and is hereunto annexed

First Depo.t Joshua Guybert of S.t Marys County Gen.t aged 60 years
       or thereabouts being Sworn on the holy Evangelist

To y.e 1.st Int   he Saith that he knows not S.r John Rogers otherwise than
       by hearsay knows John Dansey Esq.r the Def.t these four Years past
       knows Harvey & Rogers in the Interrogatorys menconed understood that they
       were Factors to S.r John Rogers of Plymouth had no dealings with them
       as yett was never on board the Ship Rogers since her Condemnacon and further
       to this Int he is not pduced

To y.e 2.d Int   he Saith that the Depos.n of Samuell Daughty taken before this
       Depo.t y.e 27.th of Jan.ry 1703 he being then a Justice of the Peace & one of the
       Com.rs of S.t Marys County now pduced to him at the time of his Examination
       & reading his depos to this Int has been swore to by the s.d Doughty ab.t y.e same
       time y.t the s.d Deposition bears date & y.t y.e s.d Depos^oughty^ was no ways compelled to
       Swear the same but was of free and full liberty and in his full & pfect sense
       to the best of this Defendants^ponants^ knowledge and further to this Inter he is
       not Examined

To y.e 3.d Int   he is not Examined

To y.e 4.th Int   he saith not                                          Jos Guybert De

2.d Depo.t   John Slye Gen.t aged 60 odd years of age being Sworn & Examined
       on the Holy Evangelist Saith

To y.e 1.st Int   That he knows not S.r John Rogers pltf other then by hearsay
       knows the Def.t these four years past knows Stephen Harvey and John Rogers
       being as Factors and comonly reputed so for the s.d S.r John Rogers knew the
       Ship Rogers and heard the same has been condemned knew Abraham Peters
       to be Ma.r of her ab.t the time She hath been Condemned for cause of
       knowledge he saith that he has been often in Company with the Defend.t

2.d Int   He saith and deposeth that he knows that John Dansey Esq.r in the Int
       mentioned has Entred into Proposals ab.t y.e Sale of the Ship Rogers after
       her Condemnacon with Stephen Harvey & one John Rogers ab.t y.e 19.th day
       of Feb.ry 1703 and that the s.d John Dansey agreed to make sale of the
