       Years last past one James Carroll a surveyor in order to lay out some
       Land for one John Willson (as this Depo.t was informed) did run a Crosse
       from the s.d Locust by the Creek side towards the Woods to the Westward in doing
       whereof this Depo.t saw he being present at the runing out of the s.d Course
       that they run to the Northward of the aforemenconed Line w.ch last line as
       this Depo.t was informed was notched or lined by the Order of M.r Samuell
       Chew and M.r Nehem Burkhead and further saith not

                      filed September y.e 25.th 1705

       Interrogatorys to be administred to severall Evidences in a cause depending
       between s.d John Rogers Barronet Plaintif and John Danzey Gen.t Defend.t on the
       behalf of the Plaintiff Rogers

       Imp.rs Do you know the plaintif & Defend.t

2.       Do you know the ship Rogers & what time she Arrived in this Province?
         
3.      Whether after her Arrivall she was by a Court of Vice Admirallty held
          at Annapolis in Ann Arundell County to witt the 13.th day of November 1702 Condemned
          to be forfeited with all her Guns Tackle Apparrell & Furniture one third
          part thereof to the Queen's Maty one third part thereof to the then Gov.r of this
          province and the other third part thereof to John Danzey the Defend.t being
          the Collector of her Matys Customs for the District of Potomock
         
4.       Do you know have you heard or been inform'd what the s.d ship after Condemnation
          was appraised to with her Tackle &c

5.       Whether s.d John Rogers the plaintif of Plymouth in the Kingdom
          of England Merchant was not sole owner of the said ship Rogers and an
          certain Abraham Peters Master before the s.d Condemnation?

6.       Whether after the Condemnation af.d to witt the 20.th of November
          1702 of thereabouts the s.d John Danzey the Defend.t being then Collector of
          her Matys Customes for Potomock District did by order of the Court of
          Admirallty or by any other order undertake the sale and Disposall of the s.d ship
          with all her Gunns Tackle Apparrell & Furniture?
