       Conscience demand the said peice of plate as the said Coll.o Rozer could demand
       Twenty five P Cen.t forbearance

       This Deponant further Saith that the said Coll.o Rozer purchased one hundred
       Acres of Land of one Francis Gunbey and paid the purchase w.ch said Land
       the said Gunby was to acknowledge the Court following the said purchase but
       in the the mean time the said Gunby Ran away leaving one Daughter
       since married to one Burges and further saith not

             Given under our hands seals this Eighth day of September

       The Deposition of Jn.o Demall aged ab.t forty and five years doth say
       that ab.t 29 or 30 Years ago that Coll.o Ninian Beale did at the request
       of James Williams & his Wife did begin at a bounded Red oake standing at
       the head of a Marsh and did run out the North Line of a Parcell of Land
       Called Chelsey until he came to a small Branch of the North East Branch
       and the said Beale did then and there mark a Red oake and did desire met to
       take notice of the Said Tree and the s.d Jn.o Demall did ask the said Ninian
       Beale him the Tree was marked and the said Beale did say that it was
       marked North and South and the said Ninian Beale did say that it was
       the North bounded Tree of Chelsey and the said Jn.o Demall doth say that
       to the best of his Remembrance that is the Tree and further more Yo.r Deponant
       saith not as Wittness my hand

                         aged three years or there abouts being sworn before us upon the Holy
       Evangelist saith That the 25.th day of Jan.ry 1697 by the request of James Mattikin
       and James Williams I was brought on a Tract of Land called Chesley out of the North East
       Corner or Angle of w.ch I was desird by James Williams to lay out Two hundred Acres of
       Land w.ch said James Williams gave to a Child of James Mattikin and being brought by
       the said Williams to a bounded Hiccory which was bounded for the North East Corner Tree
