       s.d Assembly but binding only on y.e s.d Hemslys Line w.ch that Line did after
       some wordes Hemsly said he must submit because I must be beholden to you
       for living here Y.r Lines takeing away soe much of my Plantation & as there
       were runing y.e Line w.ch came through Capt Hemslys orchard Coll Loyd
       Pluckt an Aple of one of y.e Trees & brought to y.e House Capt Hemslys
       Wife began to raile & should y.e Coll desired her Patience saying he came not
       there for any such purpose but askd her to eat an Apple out of his orchard
       w.ch caused her to continue her Raileoury till Capt Hemsly spoke to Her saying
       Prithee Judith be quiet we shall be forced to be beholden to y.e Coll for we
       can't live here but by his favour & Itmission & are as it were but Tennants
       because we can't employ our servants on y.e Plantation without his Leave thereupon
       Coll Loyd told Capt Hemsly he might use any part of y.e Plantation promised
       he should not be molested during his Life only required an acknowledgement
       of y.e Right that was in him is such a part of y.e Plantation as y.e Lines of y.e
       Resurvey took in saying y.e acknowledgement should be two apples of y.e orchard
       Capt Hemsly seeing how title Land was like to be left between y.e Lines of
       Resurvey Used this Expression Pray S.r Leave me but as much Land as will serve
       me for a burying Place & I am Contented and thereupon y.e Coll gave him his
       Hand & said y.t as they had been the Neighbours soe they would continue Neighbours
       still & would not hinder him from making Use of any part of y.e Plantation
       dureing his Life only required y.e acknowledgement afd & thereupon y.e s.d Capt
       Hemsly accepted of & assented to y.e Proposalls of y.e s.d Coll Loyd & this Deponent
       upon further Collection of his Memory doth remember y.t Hemsly himself
       set y.e Course first & after that y.e Surveyor & that they both agree exactly
       & further y.e Deponent saith not

       November y.e 19 1698

       Then came before me y.e s.d Woolfren Hunt & made Oath upon y.e holy Evangelist y.t y.e
       abovesd Deposition is just & true & that it should & might to be recorded in y.e
       Records in perpetuam rei memoriam

    A   Ad y.e following words to y.e Decree in pag 398 viz.t

       Wherefore We require & Comand you y.e s.d W.m Hows imediatly
       upon sight hereof to perform this our Decree by delivering
       to y.e s.d Moneypeny or his lawfull Attorney quiet & peaceable
       possession of y.e said Land & premisses according to y.e tenor of
       y.e afd sentence & Decree as you will answer y.e Contrary
       yo.r utmost perill  Given at Annapolis afd y.e day & year above
       mentioned & y.e tenth year of his Maj.ties Reign
