       be repaid all his Cost & Charges expended in defending y.e Title
       of y.e s.d Land for y.e heir at law & y.e Interest due upon y.e
       Bond &c pursuant to y.e Bill of Compl.t


The Decree
       Whereas Gabriel Parrot of Ann Arundell County
       Merch.t by his certain Bill of Complaint heretofore
       exhibited into y.e high Court of Chancery of this province
       has set forth That in y.e year of our Lord 1685 one
       Daniell Longman late of y.e s.d County decd stood
       justly indebted unto him y.e s.d Gabriell in y.e neat quantity
       of sixteen thousand pounds of tobacco for w.ch he past his
       penall Bond in double y.e s.d quantity to y.e s.d Gabriel
       payable upon demand  And y.t afterwards he y.e s.d Longman
       having had farther dealings with y.e s.d Parrot became farther
       indebted unto him in y.e sum of sixty five pounds
       sterl for w.ch he likewise past his penall Bond to y.e s.d
       Gabriel in double y.e s.d sum upon y.e 7.th day of Aprill
       1686  Conditioned to pass & draw good & sufficient Bills of
       Exc.° for y.e s.d sum upon some responsable pson in the
       kingdome of England wch should be duly accepted & paid to
       y.e s.d Gabriell according to y.e Tenor thereof  And wch were
       to be delivered to y.e s.d Gabriel at or before y.e tenth day
       of December then next ensuing  And farther That after
       having past y.e s.d Bonds he y.e s.d Daniel Longman became
       farther considerably indebted to y.e s.d Parrot by acct for severall
       Goods sold & Credit given him but y.t so it happened
       y.t he y.e s.d Daniel Longman died before y.e s.d Parrot
