       to be then and there p.rsent if to him or them it shall
       seeme meet to Examine or Cross examine such Evidences
       as shalbe produced as aforesaid of and concerning the
       p.rmisses  And when you have soe Examined and Cross
       Examined the Evidences as aforesaid you are to Transmitt
       their Deposicons fairly drawn up and close Sealed under
       your hands and Seales into our high Court of Chancery
       by all convenient speed there to be Registred in perpetua
       Rei memoriam and for soe doing this shall be your
       sufficient authority Witness our selves at the Citty of S.t

       and Orders w.ch of right ought to be kept in the said
       Court for the quiet Rule and Goverment of our people
       w.thin our said Province according to Equity and good
       Conscience w.ch usually has or according to y.e Rules and
       Practise of our said Court may be fitt to be don Wee
       have allsoe assigned you the said Henry Jowles
       Kenelme Chesledyne & Edward Dorsey or the Major
       part of you whereof you the s.d Henry Jowles Kenelm
       Chesledyne are allways to be one Comission.rs and
       Judges Joyntly in your s.d Court willing and by these
       p.rsents Constituteing that you Henry Jowles Kenelm
       Chesledyne & Edward Dorsey or the Major part as afd
       Joyntly to hear and determine all manner of Complaint
       by Bill or Juditiall Complaint exhibited
       to this Court and answer therto as of Right you
       ought & such Decrees & Orders to make therein
       as ^to^ you shall seem agreeable therein to Equity and
       Good Conscience haveing regard that equall right
       be done to the people w.thin our said Province  And
       we Comand you and every of you that you diligently
       all end the keeping of our said Court & that you
       make such orders and grant such process as by
       the Rules of the s.d Court ought to be made
       orderd or don according to the Rules  And
