       for his Debt & Damages afsd by the sale of some Land This Court
       doth therefore order the said defend.t Taylors plea be overruled &
       further doth thinke fitt & soe order and decree that the s.d Defend.t
       Thomas Taylor doe pay and satisfie unto the said complainant
       the sayd sume of 6207.tt of tobacco togeather with interest for
       the forbearance thereof at the rate of Eight pounds in the time
       since the same ought to have beene payd being tenn years w.ch
       at that rate comes to 4965.tt of tobacco togeather with his the
       sayd complaynants ^full^ costs and charges expended in the accons
       at law comenced by the sayd Day against the sayd complainant
       as also his the sayd complainants cost and charges expended
       in this court & the cost & charges of the s.d Edward Day also
       with the said complainant is to pay to the sayd Edward Day
       accordingly w.ch sayd cost & charges a law and in this Court
       Doe amount unto the sume of 6339.tt of tobacco all w.ch sayd
       severall sumes for the principall interest and costs doe in
       the whole amount unto the sume of 17511.tt of tobacco w.ch
       sayd sume of 17511.tt of tobacco the said Defend.t Thomas
       Taylor is forthwith to pay to the sayd complainant Garret
       Vansweringen or his order accordingly and the said Defend.t
       Taylor is hereby discharged from his note or obligacon payd
       by him to the said Thomas Walker for the payment of the
       sayd 6207.tt of Tobacco to the sayd Thomas Walker
