       in the Comp.lts bill mentioned and also to Deliv.r upp such bonds and
       bills Receipts and Papers as hee had taken and Received from
       any of the Credito.rs of the said Comp.lt in y.e account menconed or
       otherwise sufficiently save harmlesse & indemnified the said Comp.lt of
       and from the same and give him sufficient discharges and Releases for
       all bills bonds and accounts whatsoever from the begining of the
       world to the day of the date of the said Report Except the Deed of
       Mortgage or Lease before us these p.rsents mentioned bearing date
       the nineteenth day of July in the second yeare of y.e Dominion of
       the Right hono.ble Charles &c Annoq Domini one thousand six
       hundred seaventy and seaven being security for the Twenty thousand
       pounds of Tobacco aforesaid and upon payment of the said Twenty
       Thousand pounds of Tobacco in manner and forme aforesaid the s.d deft
       is to deliver upp to the said Comp.lt his heires or assignes the said
       Mortgage or Lease last before menconed and lastly they did ord.r
       Adjudge Award and finally determine That the said deft doe out
       of the said Eight thousand five hundred and nineteene pounds of
       Tobacco allowed him for his damages aforesaid Pay and Discharge
       unto Thomas Bankes the sume of Two thousand five hundred and
       forty pounds of Tobacco being the Moyety of the Charges and expences
       of this Auditt and Refferrence and that the Comp.lt Joseph Tilley
       doe pay the other Moyety to the said Bankes and that the said
       Comp.lt doe also pay and satisfie the full Costs of this suite  And
       the Decree hereupon to bee Taxed by the Hono.ble Court of Chanc.ry
       All w.ch they Did humbly Certifie and Leave to the Grave Judgm.t
       of this Hono.ble Court as by the said bill answere ord.r of Refference
       Examinacon of Witnesses Report ord.r Doome & Judgm.t aforesaid
       all of them Remayning Upon Record in this Hono.ble Court in the
       secretaryes office more fully and at large the same doe & may appeare
       Afterwards to witt upon the Fifteenth day of May Instant upon
       motion made to this Court by Robert Carvile Attorney for the said
       Deft in this Cause that by an ord.r made in this Cause the nineteenth
       day of February last past Itt was by and w.th the Consent of the
       ptyes Comp.lt and deft and their Attornyes in this Court amongst
       other things Ordered  That all matters in Difference betweene the
