       Pay or Cause to be payd unto the Deft his Executo.rs Adm.rs or assignes
       the full and Just Quantity of Tenn thousand pounds of good sound
       Marchantable Tobacco and Caske being the moyety of y.e Twenty thousand
       pounds of Tobacco at or Upon the Tenth day of December now next Comeing
       And the other Tenn thousand pounds of like good sound Marchantable
       Tobacco and Caske att or upon the foure and Twentyeth day of
       December w.ch shall bee in the yeare of our Lord one thousand six hundred
       Eighty and one both w.ch said sumes of Tobacco are to bee p.d Conveniently
       in Calvert County and untill and for security of Payment of the said
       Two sumes of Tenn thousand pounds of Tobacco & Tenn thousand
       pounds of Tobacco to bee made as aforesaid  They did thereby ord.r
       Adjudge and finally Determine That the said first deed of Mortgage
       or Lease bearing date the nineteenth day of July in the Yeare of
       our Lord one thousand six hundred seaventy and seaven shall stand &
       bee in full force and Vertue in the Lawe to all Intents & purposes
       according to the true Intent and meaning thereof and further they
       Did thereby ord.r adjudge Award & finally Determine that if it
       should soe happen that the said Joseph Tilley his heires Execut.rs
       & Adm.rs doe make default of payments of the said seav.ll sumes of
       Tenn thousand pounds of Tobacco & Tenn thousand pounds of Tobacco
       att the dayes and places as hereby is before ordered & Awarded
       that then and from thence forth the said deft his heires Executo.rs
       & Adm.rs shall and doe Quietly and peaceably hold & Enjoy the said
       Mortgaged or Leased p.rmisses or soe much thereof as is not hereby
       before ordered or Awarded ag.t the said Joseph Tilley his heires or
       assignes Cleered also discharged and barred of all Equitys of Redempcon
       And they did further ord.r adjudge award and finally determine that
       the said Deft shall hold and Enjoy the plate boy servants goods
       Cattle and Chattles Mentioned in the Credit side of the account
       to the aforesaid answere annexed to him the deft his heires & assignes
       and to his and their pp use and behoofe ag.t the said Tilly his Exec.rs
       Adm.rs and assignes w.thout any further accounts for the same & the
       said Deft is thereby Ordered and adjudged to Deliver up to the
       said Comp.lt the Deed of sale for the psonall Estate of the said Comp.lt
