       and finall Determinacon of the hono.ble Thomas Taylor Esq Henry
       Darnall Esq.r and Thomas Trueman gentl to heare and finally to
       Determine the matters aforesaid  And what ord.r Doome Judgm.t
       Award or other finall Determination should bee made by the said
       Refferrees was thereby Ordered and decreed to stand ratified and
       Confirmed w.thout further Motion or appeale from the same or
       Repeale thereof  And the said Refferres haveing by the hands
       of Thomas Taylor Esq p.rsented to this Court the Eleaventh day
       of this Moneth Instant  The Report ord.r Award Judgment and
       finall Determination of them the said Thomas Taylor Henry
       Darnall and Thomas Trueman made in this Cause Pursueant to the
       Ord.r aforesaid Itt was Prayed by the said defts Attorney That the same
       might accordingly stand Ratified and Confirmed according to the
       said form.r ord.r and that the Decree of this Court may passe to
       bee signed and Enrolled for the Ratificacon & Confirmacon of the
       said Report ord.r Doome Judgment Award & finall determinacon
       of the said Refferres  But the Comp.lt by Christopher Rousby his
       Attorney prayed that the signeing and Enrolling of the s.d Decree
       might bee stayed till such time as the said Comp.lt Could take a Coppy
       of the said Report and if they had occasion might put in Excepcons
       thereunto alleadgeing the said Refferrees had not duely psued the said
       ord.r of Refferrence but it appeareing to this Court that the said
       Refferrees had duely followed the direccons of the said ord.r & that
       the said Comp.lt and deft had beene duely heard before the said
       Refferres by themselves and their Attorneyes and they had bound
       themselves up by theire Consent in Court to stand to such the said
       Refferrees ord.r award and finall Judgment aforesaid This Court
       thought not fitt to alter the said Report in any thing  And
       therefore Itt is this p.rsent day that is to say on Saturday the
       Fifteenth day of May in the Fifth Yeare of the Dominion of
       Charles absolute Lord Prop.ry of y.e Provinces of Maryland and
       Avalon Lord Baron of Baltmore &c Annoq Domini one thousand
       six hundred and Eighty  By the hono.ble Phillip Calvert Esq.r Chancell.r
       of Maryland & by the Rest of the Hono.ble Justices of y.e high Court of Chanc.ry
