       Comp.lt and Confideing in his honesty and haveing a Desire to doe him
       a Kindnesse Did att the Earnest request and desire of the said Comp.lt
       Pay unto Collon.ll Darnall Sheriffe of Calvert County for the use
       of the Right hono.ble The Lord Prop.ry and in full of the purchase by
       the Comp.lt of his Lopp The sume of seaven Thousand Nine hundred
       and fifty Pounds of Tobacco also to the said Sheriffe the sume of
       Twelve hundred sixty and Eight pounds of Tobacco for Rent &
       Leaveyed due from the Comp.lt also to the said Sheriffe for Execucon
       ag.t the said Comp.lt at the suite of Thomas Browne the sume of
       Foure hundred Pounds of Tobacco also unto Cap.t Bowne the sume of
       prop debt of the said Comp.lt and by his ord.r the sume of Five hundred
       forty and Nine pounds of Tobacco debt and Two hundred Ninety and
       five pounds of Tobacco Costs of suite and also was his Attorney for     
       him ag.t one Dickison for his Fee by agreem.t hee was To have the
       sume of Two hundred Pounds of Tobacco  And also was Attorney
       for him ag.t one Freeman for his Fee by agreem.t hee was to have
       the sume of Two hundred pounds of Tobacco also was Attorney
       for him against one Trisley and for his Fee was due to him One
       hundred pounds of Tobacco also was his Attorney ag.t one Needham
       and for his Fee was due to him one hundred pounds of Tobacco also
       was his Attorney ag.t One Dorsey and for his Fee was Due unto
       him One hundred pounds of Tobacco and also was Attorney for
       him to Defend Two suites for him att the suite of John Griggs
       for his Feed in w.ch Accounts hee by agreem.t was to pay this deft
       the sume of Foure hundred pounds of Tobacco also was Attorney
       for him to defend another Accon ag.t him as the suite of Cap.t Perry
       for w.ch hee was to have by agreement Two hundred pounds of Tobacco
       also was Attorney for him to defend Two suites Comenced ag.t him by
       Thomas Cosden for his Fees in w.ch Two accons hee was to have by agreem.t
       the sume of Foure hundred pounds of Tobacco also was Attorney for
       him to defend another accon ag.t him at the suite of Garratt
       Vanswearingen for w.ch hee was To have for his Fee by agreement
       the sume of Two hundred pounds of Tobacco also the said Comp.lt
       Did imploy the deft to sue Thomas Cosden for him and for his fee
       in the said Cause did agree to pay him Two hundred pounds of Tobacco
       Also the deft att the Earnest request of the Comp.lt did pay to John
       Abington for him the sume of one thousand foure hundred & thirty
