       was indebts to the said deft the sume of Tenn thousand nine hundred
       ninety and eight Pounds of Tobacco and for the security of the Paym.t
       thereof  By his Certaine Instrument in Writeing Und.r his hand & seale
       bearing Date the same Fifth day of August the Comp.lt Did Give
       Grant bargaine sell & deliv.r unto the said Deft his Executo.r & Adm.r
       all such goods Cattle Chattles & houshold stuffe & Implements of
       Houshold stuffe hereafter Mentioned  That is to say Five feather beds
       Boulsters pillowes Ruggs blanketts Curtainns Vallance bed steads &
       furniture to them belonging five Paire of sheetes all his
       Napkins and Pillowcoates seaverall Puter Dishes Plates
       Sarvers Basons Candlesticks and Champberpots marked w.th ITM
       TH and w.thout markes Containing Weight One hundred & forty
       pounds of Pewter One greate Brasse Kettle Three Iron Potts
       Andirons brasse & Iron Tongs Fire shovells & spitts Eleaven
       Silver spoones One silver Tanckard one silver Candle Cupp all the
       Wareing apparrell of his late Wife Mary Tilley dec.d both Linen
       Woolen silk and stuffe six Turkeywork Chaires six Rusha
       Leather Chaires All Chests Trunkes Nest of Drawers apes
       Howes Nayles locks Gunns Powd.r & shott Two servants that is
       to say Thomas Morris and Elizabeth Moore and all his horses
       and Mares Burnt w.th I L on the left buttock all his Cowes
       Calves bulls steeres and Heyfers marked w.th a swallow fork
       on the left Eare and a Cropp and Three slitts on the Right
       Eare all his hoggs of the same marke Together w.th all the
       Cropp of Corne and Tobacco then standing Growing and being in
       or upon the then Dwelling Plantacon of the said Comp.lt scituate
       and being att Hunting Creeke and all other his psonall Estate
       whatsoever & wheresoever To bee had and found in y.e Province of
       Maryland Together also w.th all the full and whole estate Right &
       Title to the same To hold to the said deft his heires & assignes for
       Ever & Did put the deft in Posession thereof by the delivery
       of Eleaven silver spoons one silver Tankard and one silver
