       the said Tobacco but the said Deft made up an Account Amounting to
       Twenty five Thousand eighty and eight pounds of Tobacco and did
       pswade the Comp.lt for security for that sume to Mortgage to him
       the said deft all his the said Comp.lts Land and Reall estate of
       the Vallue of One hundred Thousand pounds of Tobacco and that
       then hee would Redeliver to the Comp.lt all those goods belonging to
       his personall estate  And thereupon the Comp.lt did about the one
       and Twentieth day of May in the yeare 1677 signe seale & deliv.r
       for the Consideracon of the said sume of Twenty five thousand
       Eighty and Eight pounds of Tobacco One Conveyance or Mortgage
       to the said deft and his heires for Ever for Eleaven hundred acres
       of Land w.th the house buildings and appurtenances lyeing in
       Calvert County of the Vallue of One hundred thousand pounds
       of Tobacco  As by the said Deed (of w.ch hee tooke noe Coppy or
       Counterpt or Declaracon from the said deft in Writeing to deliver up
       the Mortgage of the psonall estate) may also if produced appeare
       In w.ch said account was also included the remaind.r of the Tobacco unpaid
       upon the Mortgage of the psonall estate and more by much then was
       Justly due, Yet the deft Kept the Comp.lts bills and Engagements for
       such debts as hee had payd and taken security for and also Kept
       Posession of all the goods Cattle plat and other things To the Vallue
       of Fourteene thousand pounds of Tobacco as aforesaid and Kept
       on foote the said Mortgage of the personall estate and the s.d def.t
       haveing soe farr proceeded Did upon the thirtyeth day of January
       in the yeare of our Lord 1677 p.rsent unto the Comp.lt one other Conveyance
       or Mortgage for six hundred Acres of Land part of the
       Eleaven hundred Acres of Land aforesaid the Contents of w.ch
       was that the Comp.lt should for and in Consideracon of Eighteene
       thousand pounds of tobacco Convey the said six hundred Acres
       of Land to the said deft and his heires for Ever w.th this Reserve
       that the said Comp.lt should Redeeme the same by paying the said
       Deft or his Assignes Twenty Eight thousand pounds of Tobacco
       upon the fourth day of February 1679 as by the said Deed if
       Produced might alsoe appeare  The said deft then affirming that
       all his former Accounts aswell Relateing to the psonall as Reall
       Estate To bee Just and due debts to him the said deft and y.t hee
       would Compell the Comp.lt To pay the same & Threatened To
