       Prayed that the signeing and Enrolling of the said Decree might bee
       stayed untill such time as the said Comp.lt Could take a Coppy of the said
       Report and if they had occasion might putt in Exceptions thereunto
       alleadgeing the said Refferrees had not duely pused the said Ord.r of
       Referrence but it appeareing to this County that the s.d Referrees had
       duely followed the direccons of the said ord.r and that the said Comp.lt
       and def.t had beene duely heard before the said Referrees by themselves &
       theire Attorneys and they had bound themselves up by theire Consent
       in Court to stand to such the said Refferrees Ord.r Award & finall
       Judgm.t aforesaid  This Court thought not fitt to alter the s.d Report in
       any thing but doth ord.r and Decree  That the said Report ord.r Award
       Doome Judgm.t and finall Determination of the said Coll Thomas
       Taylo.r Henry Darnall and Thomas Truman Bee and is hereby
       Ratified and Confirmed to bee observed pformed fulfilled & Kept by
       both the said pties To all Intents and purposes according to the true
       Intent and meaning thereof according to the said former ord.r w.thout
       any other or further Motion or appeale from the same or Repeale
       thereof  And whereas the said deft did here p.rsent in Court  Tend.r unto
       the Comp.lt to deliv.r unto him the deed of sale of the psonall
       Estate in the said Report w.ch hee was thereby ordered to deliv.r to the
       Comp.lt as also seaverall bills bonds Receipts and pags belonging
       to the said Comp.lt and by him the deft taken in for him the Comp.lt
       And was ready to signe seale & Execute such release as by the said Report
       hee was ordered to give make and Execute If the Comp.lt would pcure
       his Councell to draw it but the Comp.lt refused to receive the said bill
       of sale of the psonall estate aforesaid or the bills bonds Receipts or
       papers aforesaid or to procure a Release to bee Drawne for the def.t
       to Execute  Itt is therefore ordered that the said deft doe leave in the
       Custody of the Register of this Court the bill of sale and writeings
       aforesaid  There to Lye for the Comp.lt to Receive the same if hee please
       and that the Complt doe pay unto the said deft the Costs of this
       suite to bee Taxed by the secretary or Register of this Court

       Whereas heretofore that is to say the twelfth day of February in the yeare
       of our Lord 1679 Joseph Tilley of Calvert County plant.r did Exhibit
       his bill of Comp.lt into the high and hono.ble Court of Chancery
