       & in the Fifth yeare of the Dominion of Charles Absolute Lord and
       Prop.ry of the Province of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of
       Baltemore &c By the hono.ble Philip Calvert Esq and the rest of
       the Hono.ble the Justice of the high and hono.ble Court of Chancery
       Ordered and adjudged that the matter of the said Comp.lts bill
       bee from henceforth hereby Clearely and absolutely dismissed out
       of this Court w.th Costs to bee paid to the said Comp.lt by the
       said Defend.t

                Underneath the aforegoing dismission was thus written

       Upon Motion this p.rsent day made to this Court by Rob.t Carvile
       Attorney for the def.t in this Cause that by an Ord.r made in this
       Cause the nineteenth day of February last past It was by and w.th
       the Consent of the parties Comp.lt  and deft and theire Attorneys in
       this Court Amongst other things Ordered that all matters in
       difference betweene the said pties should bee referred to the ord.r award
       Doome Judgm.t and finall determinacon of the hono.ble Thomas Taylor
       Esq.r Henry Darnall Esq.r & Thomas Truman gent.l To heare and
       finally to Determine the matters aforesaid and what ord.rs doome
       Judgm.t Award or other finall Determinacon should bee made by the
       said Referrees was thereby ordered and decreed to stand ratified and
       and Confirmed w.thout further Motion or appeal from the same or
       Repeale thereof  And the said Referrees haveing by the hands of Thomas
       Taylo.r Esq.r p.rsented to this Court the Eleaventh day of this Instant
       Moneth The Report Ord.r Award Judgm.t and finall Determinacon of
       them the said Thomas Taylor Henry Darnall and Thomas Truman
       made in this Cause psuant to the ord.r aforesaid It was Prayed by
       the said defts Attorney That the same might accordingly stand ratified &
       Confirmed according to the said form.r ord.r and that the Decree of this Court
       may passe to bee signed and Enrolled for the Rattificacon & Confirmacon of
       the said Report ord.r Doome Judgm.t Award and finall determinacon
       of the said Referrees  But the Comp.lt by Christopher Rousby his Attorney
