       Then M.r Carviles obseccon aforesaid & insisting upon his want of
       truely notice, the Comp.lt though hee had proved his serveing the
       Auditors Warrant as abovesaid did proffer that the sd defend.ts
       paying the charges of this dayes meeting  Itt should be adjourned
       to a further day, but this M.r Carvile the Defend.ts Attorney refused
       Then did the Auditors call for the defend.t Dorsey in and told him
       what they had profferred to his Attorney who Replyed that what
       his Councell did hee Consented to, but noe further would
       Then hereupon y.e Audito.rs proceed to receive y.e Comp.lts acco.ts into theire
       Examinacon  Then upon the Audito.rs calling againe for M.r
       Dorsey to know whether hee would acknowledge a Receipt that M.r
       Bland alleadged was his, for Certaine bills, Dorsey lookeing upon
       the name to the Receipt acknowledged itt was his hand but upon
       Reading the Receipt itselfe hee denyed that Ever hee had signed
       that writeing and by that time his Attorney M.r Carvile was
       followed him unto the presence of the Audito.r and there forbad him
       to Confesse or denye any thing or to answere att all before them
       And told the Auditors that hee Could not owne theire Comission,
       and there devised his Clyent as hee did least his Clyent should
       doe himselfe any wrong

                         Then the Audito.rs proceeded to Examinacon of the
       Comp.lts accompts and upon what appeared before them to have beene
       proved allowed to the said Complt as followeth

       Debto.r for the first Inventory                                                                           145429
                      And discharged himselfe as followeth

       By his Receipt for bills w.ch in Dorseys answere in Chanc.ry
       hee ownes were tendered him amounting to 7219. tob but
       that hee refused to allowe any thing for them alleadgeing                                       7219
       they were desperate, but they appearing to bee part of the
       Estate that the Comp.lt is to account for hee is allowed
       for them the said sume of

       By allowed upon Dorseys objeccons to Blands acco.t before the Chancelo.r     38880
       By tob borrowed converted by Dorsey to his owne use & allowed                     
       by the Chancello.r but by mistake not incerted into the account                            5641

       By goods Cattle horses sarvants & hoggs disposed on by Dorseys
