       at the time of the sitting of the said Court  And the Audito.rs
       doe adjudge that Concerning the bond of Arbitracon of three
       hundred thousand pounds of tobacco Itt ought not by all that
       appeares before them to bee put in suite against the Complt
       or that hee ought to bee or to have been molested thereaboute
       And that the Complt to pay To John Halles for his labour in attendance
       as Clerke upon the Comission.rs of this Audite foure hundred
       pounds of tob in Caske  And that the dwelling plantacon of
       Nicholas Wyatt bee delivered By Edw.d Dorsey to Thomas Bland
       according to the Award of Collon.ll Burges and Collon.ll Taylor
       In testimony whereof wee the said Henry Darnall & Henry Jowles Comission.rs
       to Enquire and take the said Audite beforemenconed have hereunto sett our
       hands and seales the day and yeare first above written
