       Craved allowance thereof, and alsoe of Seaverall other
       disbursements Expences and payments made the said Defend.t
       Edward and also of Seaverall damages sustained by occasion of
       the said Edward his unjust and illegall entring in and upon
       the Plantacon properly belonging to the said Thomas by the
       said Edward and alsoe makeing use of and Converting to his
       owne use seaverall Cropps of tobacco goods Marchandizes
       sarvants and other things properly belonging to the said
       Thomas and also denyeing to pay him seaverall sumes of tob
       and deliver him posession of what was Awarded to the said
       Thomas as well by the Award of the hono.ble the Chancello.r as
       by the Award of the Defendants Burges and Taylor the
       Court have thought fitt that Richard Hill one of the Defts
       to this Bill bee dismissed w.th costs and also that Collon.ll
       William Burges one other of the Defts bee dismissed, and that
       the Comp.lt Thomas bee posessed of all and singuler the p.rmisses that
       and Awarded to the Comp.lt Damoras in the Award of the
       Defend.ts Burges and Taylor, and that the deft Dorsey deliver
       the same to the Comp.lt Thomas, and that the accompt of the
       Comp.lt Thomas and all other matters betweene the sayd Bland
       and Dorsey depending in this Court or at Common Lawe & stopt
       by injunction of this Court Is and are hereby referred by this
       Court to The hono.ble Collon.ll Henry Darnall and Collon.ll Henry
       Fowles to Examine Audite & state the same  And to make
       theire Report to the hono.ble Court of theire proceedings therein
       at St Maryes the tenth day of February next, and that they
       the said Referrees Collon.ll Darnall and Fowles meet at such
       time and places to doe the same as to them shall seeme meet
       they giveing Convenient notice to both parties when and where to
       attend them and that Collon.ll Darnall make Report to this
       Court if the Deft Burges ought to have costs against the Comp.lt
       upon his dismission hee being the Trustee of that deed that is by
       this Court vacated and had sold the Estate pursuant to the said
       Deed to the Deft Dorsey  And that the said Referrees have
       the Coppies of all proceedings and depositions in this Case
       and that Comission issue out of this Court to impower them
       accordingly as in and by the said order and Decree Remayning
