       first false Inventory denye it amounted to one hundred fifty
       foure thousand three hundred and two pounds of tobacco but
       145800.ℓℓ tobacco, that these Complts did deliver bills of the
       vallue of seaven thousand two hundred twenty two pounds of
       tobacco, belonging to Wyatts estate denye they exchanged Booth for
       a woman sarvant, that the Defts kept the said sarvant wth the
       sarvant named spire against the will of this Complt w.th one
       other sarvant named Fletcher for w.ch this Comp.lt brought a Replevin
       denye they or either of them were ever mad over to the defend.ts
       And the matter being at full and perfect issue witnesses were examined
       on both sides and the said Cause was Ripe for publicacon and to receive
       a Judiciall hearing as by the said Recited bill answere Replicacon &
       examinacon of witnesses and other proceedings thereupon all of
       them Remaining upon Record in this Hono.ble Court more fully &
       at large the same doth and may appeare & publicacon haveing
       passed in the said cause accordingly and the said cause being sett
       downe for hearing this day to witt the fourteenth day of october in
       the fourth yeare of the Dominion of the Right hono.ble Charles Lord
       Baltemore Annoq Domini 1679  At w.ch said day at the Citty
       of St Maryes the said cause standing att full and perfect issue
       as aforesaid and comeing to a heareing before the hono.ble Philip
       Calvert Esq.r Chancello.r the hono.ble Vincent Lowe Esq.r surveyo.r
       surveyo.r gen.ll the hono.ble Leiu.t Coll Henry Darnall Esq.r & the hon.ble
       Collon.ll William Stevens Esq.r in the p.rsence of both parties and
       theire Attorneys on both sides that is to say Christopher
       Rousby Esq.r Attorney for the Comp.lts and Robert Carvile gentl
       Attorney for the Defendants upon full debate of all the matters
       in Controversie by the Attornyes on both sides and y.e reading
       the Deposicons and proofed on both sides this Court are all
       clearely satisfied and Soe doe adjudge and decree that the
       Deed made by the Comp.lt Damoras to the Deft Burges before
       her intermariage w.th the Comp.lt and whilst she was Repected
       Ex.rx of the said Nicholas Wyatt deceased bee voyd and Null to      
       all intents and purposes whatsoever, and that whatsoever is
       awarded to the said Damoras in the Award made by the Defts
       Taylor and Burges before menconed Is and doth proply belong
       to the Comp.lt Thomas  And whereas the Comp.lt Thomas hath
       alleadged to this Court that hee hath delivered to the Defend.t
       Edward much more then the first Inventory did amount to
       and hath produced his accompt thereof to this Court and
