RESOLUTION NO. 225
A RESOLUTION of the Council of The City of Salisbury
proposing an amendment of the Charter of The City of
Salisbury by amending Section 144 D thereof, entitled
"Procedure for competitive bidding", so as to raise from two
thousand dollars to five thousand dollars the amount where
informal bidding may be authorized.
[Section 144D of the Charter of the City of Salisbury,
Wicomico County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date October 23, 1981]
RESOLUTION NO. 226
A RESOLUTION of the Council of The City of Salisbury
proposing an amendment of the Charter of The City of
Salisbury by amending Section 144G thereof entitled, "Board
of Standardization, etc.", so as to eliminate the
requirement of professional training as an architect or
engineer, and to eliminate the requirement that the Board
adopt standard specifications and instead requiring the
Board to review and recommend policies concerning contract
conditions, etc., in regard to purchases.

RESOLUTION NO. 227
A RESOLUTION of the Council of The City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of three
contiguous areas of land item (3) of which is situated
contiguous to and binding upon the Northerly corporate
limits of the City of Salisbury, popularly known as Naylor
Mill Park, and (1) bounded on the North and East by a stream
known as Little Burnt Branch and a stream known as Naylor
Mill Pond, bounded on the South by Naylor Mill Road and
bounded on the West by Jersey Road but excluding all land
privately owned; (2) the land bounded on the West and North
by a stream known as Naylor Mill Pond and a stream known as
Leonard Mill Run; bounded on the East in part by
Consolidated Railroad and in part by Paleo Lane; bounded on
the South by Naylor Mill Road but excluding all land
privately owned; (3) the land bounded on the West by the
upper reaches of Johnson Pond and by Leonard Mill Run,
