"moratorium on Condominium Conversion of Rental Facilities"
to Chapter 11A, title, "Condominium" of the Montgomery
County Code, 1972, as amended, establishing a 120-day period
in which there may be no notices of intent to convert to a
condominium given, and to provide that certain provisions of
the Act shall be effective retroactively to July 13, 1979.

Effective Date July 20, 1979.

Chapter 4

AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Chapter 11A, title
"Condominiums" of Section 11A-4 of the Montgomery County
Code, 1972, as amended, by adding a new Subsection ll-A-4(f)
to require that, in cases of conversion from rental or other
legal status to condominium, a prospective purchaser shall
be given access to the property for purposes of inspection.

Effective Date July 26, 1979.

Chapter 5

AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Chapter 11A, title
"Condominiums" of the Montgomery County Code, 1972, as
amended, by adding a new Section 11A-5C, title "Transfer of
Rental Facilities" to provide a pre-transfer procedure to
permit tenants' organizations, the Housing Opportunities
Commission and an agency which may be designated by the
County Executive an opportunity to purchase the facilities
under certain conditions.

Effective Date July 26, 1979.

Centers and Rehabilitation Facilities," Section 13-9, title
"Same—Medical care", to add nurse practitioner and licensed
physician's assistant to those that administer medical
examinations; to amend Section 13-11, title "Established",
to delete "director" from the first sentence as approving
authority, and to add "program administrator"; to amend
Section 13-13, title "Definitions", to delete the last word
