Chapter 1

AN ACT to amend Chapter 2, title "Administration," by
repealing in its entirety Subdivision II, title "Youth
Service Commission," consisting of Section 2-62, title
"Established; composition; term of office; compensation;
Section 2-63, title "Staff and clerical assistance;
meetings;" and Section 2-64, title "Powers and duties
generally; reports."

Effective Date October 5, 1979.

Chapter 2

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments
Section 11A-5, title "Notice to tenant of status conversion;
right of tenant to terminate lease" of Chapter 11A, title
"Condominiums" of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as
amended, to require the developer or converter to pay up to
a maximum of $750 for relocating certain displaced tenants;
and to provide for the termination of Section 11A-5, three
years from the date of its reenactment.

Effective Date July 6, 1979.

Chapter 3

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments
Section 11A-4, title, "Submission of property report to
prospective purchaser, filing of report with Office of
Consumer Affairs, recission of contract of sale" of Chapter
11A, title, "Condominiums", of the Montgomery County Code,
1972, as amended, to extend the time prior to notice of
conversion in which a property report is to be submitted; to
repeal and reenact with amendments Section 11A-5, title,
"Notice to tenant of status conversion; right of tenant to
terminate lease" of Chapter 11A, title, "Condominiums" of
the Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, to conform the
notice provisions to the requirements of State law, to
correct a technical defect in Section 11A-5(c), to add a
provision prohibiting the developer from entering into
contracts for the sale of units for a certain time; to
establish a specific date when Section 11A-5(d) shall cease
to have effect; and to add a new Section 11A-10, title,
