Resolution of the Mayor and Town Council of Colmar
Manor, Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of
Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland and Section 12
and 13 of Article 23-A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(subtitle "Home Rule") to amend the certain provisions of
the Charter of the Town of Colmar Manor, Maryland, by
repealing and re-enacting Section 16-17 of the Charter of
the Mayor and Town Council of Colmar Manor authorizing the
Mayor and Town Council of Colmar Manor to sell bonds or
certificates of indebtedness to finance proper public
purposes, to levy and collect taxes sufficient to make
payments on such bonds or certificates of indebtedness, and
to sell bonds or certificates of indebtedness at public or
private sale.

Resolution of the Mayor and Town Council of Colmar
Manor, Maryland, adopted pursuant to Article XI-E of the
Constitution and Section 31 through 39, inclusive, of
Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973
Replacement Volume), to amend the Charter of the Town of
Colmar Manor by repealing Resolution CM-12-79 and adding a
new Section 16-17A to the Charter to provide for borrowing
of money through the sale and issuance of revenue bonds and
establishing the procedures and requirements therefore.
