Charter Amendment 80-1

COTTAGE CITY COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWN OF COTTAGE CITY,
MARYLAND

A RESOLUTION AND ORDINANCE to amend and add to Section
17-ll(a) of the code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County, Maryland, (1963 Edition), titled, "Cottage City,"
and subtitled "Taxes," and subheaded "Maximum Rate," being a
part of the Charter of Cottage City, Maryland, and granting
the authority of the Cottage City Commissioners to have the
power to levy taxes on personal property. The Cottage City
Commissioners did have this authority until Charter
Amendment 69-1 was enacted and became effective 1970.

[Section(s) 17-ll(a) of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Prince George's County, 1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement,
repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date July 31, 1980]

COTTAGE CITY COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWN OF COTTAGE CITY,
MARYLAND

A RESOLUTION AND ORDINANCE to amend and add to Section
17-30 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County, Maryland, (1963 Edition), titled, "Cottage City,"
and subtitled, "Taxes," and subheaded, "Assessments," being
a part of the Charter of Cottage City, Maryland, and adding
authority and power to impose assessments on tangible
personal property except working tools and household
furniture and effects.

[Section(s) 17-30 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, 1963 Edition, repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date July 31, 1980]
