   Poor Afflicted Sister my Daughter Mary whom I desire & Expressly —
   charge him to take care of proper and tender care of, And for that
   purpose I desire and devise the use of the Negro Woman called Moll-
   to be constantly employed to Attend my Unfortunate Child afd wherever
   she may be, or go, during the life of my said Daughter, And in case
   my said son James should refuse to take the care and. —
   maintainance afd of his said Sister or should neglect to take such
   care of her as in her Circumstances is necessary and proper I then. —
   charge my lands devised unto him with the yearly payment & Sum
   of Forty pounds to be paid unto my said Daughter for her mainainance
   and Support, and as my son James will not for some years to come –
   be of age, I devise and Will that in the mean time and untill my said
   son James shall arrive to his age of Twenty one years that the Guardian
   or Guardians of my said Son James shall take care of the Support and
   maintainance as afd my said Daughter out of the profits of the Estate
   of my said Son James. —   Item I hereby nominate and appoint my
   good friend John Kinnard and my Son in Law James Piper Guardians
   to my Son James to have the tuition and Custody of him and care of his
   Estate Untill he shall arrive to the age of Twenty one years. ——
   Item I do hereby order and appoint and my Will is that if any –
   differance question or Controversy shall arrive or happen concerning
   any devise or bequest, or any other matter or thing contained or
   expressed in this my Will and Last Testament, that then no Suit
   or Suits Action or Actions at Law or in Equity shall be brought or —
   Commenced or prosecuted but my express Will and meaning is
   that the same shall be absolutely and wholly Referred to the Award
   order and determination of my good Friends William Ringgold of
   Chester Town, Thomas Smith the elder Merchant, Robert Cruickshank,
   and Thomas Bedingfield Hands or the Major part of them or the
   Survivors or Major part of them, and that whatsoever they or the
   Major part of them shall order direct + determine in & about the same —
   shall be binding + Conclusive to all & every person + persons therein Concerned. —
