    Item I give and devise to my two Daughters Margaret + Anna
   Maria and the Heirs of their bodies one Hundred Acres of Land.—
   called Hellins Adventure, and also four Acres adjoining thereto —
   being part of a Tract of Land called Kellys choice, equally to be ~
   divided between them as Tenants in Common, and in case of the
   death of either of my twosaidDaughters without such Heirs, I give
   and devise the part of such Daughters so dying without such —
   Heirs of her Body unto the Survivor and the Heirs of her Body, And
   in case both my said Daughters should die without Heirs of their
   in case both my said Daughters should die without Heirs of their
   Bodies I then give & devise the said Lands to my Heir or Heirs at Law ~
   Item I give and devise to my said two Daughters Margaret and
   Ann Maria a negro woman called Jane and the rest of her. —
   children not hereby devised and her future Children or Increase to
   be equally divided between my said two Daughters, and in case~
   either of my said two Daughters should die under age & Unmarried
   then I give and devise the part of the Daughter so dying unto the
   Survivor, and in case both of them should die under age and —
   unmarried as afd, I give and devise all the said negroes to my ~
   Son William — —   Item I give and devise to my son James all —
   my Lands and Tenements not heretofore devised to wit part of the —
   Grove and Grove Addition Trenchards Memorial and Calders Meadows —
   ( the part of the Tract called the Little Grove he has right to as Heir to his
   mother. —    Item I give and bequeath to my Son James all my –
   Lands and Tenements Household Furniture that shall remain after my
   wife hath taken such part as is before mentioned if she should chuse
   it, And I also devise unto mysdson James all the residue of my Negroes
   except the use of my Negro Woman called Moll in manner as is here=
 =after mentioned ) and all my farming Utensils and my Stock Except my
   Horse called Toby which I desire may be sold by my Executors for the —
   benefit of my Estate and I do this and have made Addition to my said
   son James’s Estate in order to enable him the better to Support the ~
   trouble and charge of maintaining and providing for his poor. ~
