   Robert Anderson as Tenant under my said Daughter Ann Gibson and
   the Heirs of her Body, and in case of her death without such Heirs
   the Remainder to my Heir or Heirs at Law. ——
   Item I give and desire unto my son William after the death or —
   Marriage of my dear wife his Mother all these lands devised as afd
   to his said Mother to wit all the north part of the Grove & Grove —
   Addition, divided from my other Lands where I now live by an East
   line a Cross the said Lands, this said north part to begin at a large Stone at
   the end of the first line of Grove Addition Adjoining Mr Boltons Land. —
   And runing from thence South with the Second line of the said Grove
   division line as afd ( allowing for the usual and Accustomed variation of
   the Compass ) untill it intersect the second line of the Grove and the line
   of a tract of Land also called Wilmers Farme to him the said William and –
   the Heirs of his Body, And in case of the death of the said William without
   such Heirs then I give and devise the same to my son James and the
   Heirs of his Body, and in case of the death of the said James without
   such Heirs, then to my heir or Heirs at Law. —
   Item I give and devise my House and one half part of a Lot in Chester
   Town and now in the possession and occupation of Robert Anderson —
   being part of a Lot No. 82. [02?] the said Lot to be divided length ways from
   Street to Street and the northwest part whereon the dwelling House
   Stands unto my dear wife for and during her Widowhood, And in case
   of her death or Marriage or death, I give and devise the same half
   part unto my son William and the Heirs of his body, And in case
   of the death of my said son William without such Heirs, Then I give +
   devise the same to my son James and the Heirs of his Body, And if
   my son James and the Heirs of his Body should die without^such Heirsthen to
   my Heir or Heirs at Law.  I also give and devise unto my said Son
   William a Negro Lad called Tom, and a negro girl called Rachel. ——
   Item I give and devise unto my said Son William the other half part
  of the said Lot No. 82 unto my son James and his Heirs forever.—
