   (that is to Say ) Elizabeth to have that part known by Wetherels . —
   Purchase and Sarah Eunick the rest as afd Willed to my Son John —
   Eunick, Item my Will is that Jacob + Thomas Jones may have that
   Lott of Land laid out for them by the Creek side containing about 2 Acres
   1 Rood 36 perches for and during the term of five years to Commence
          day of January
   from first^ 1781 in Consideration of their building thereon, And if
   they should build any more then what is now Standing on said lot
   during said Term, my Will is that they should be allowed for the same
   agreable to the Bill of Cost thereof. Item My Will is that William —
   Dugan & Susanah his wife may hold and peacably Occupy that lot of
   land laid out for them known by the name of Dugans Lot for and –
   during the Term and time of Twenty one years from the first day of
   January 1781 provided he the said William Dugan do build on the
   same agreable to Contract, a Dwelling House Thirty three feet lond —
   and eighteen foot wide one room of which building fifteen by eighteen
   being Completely finished with a Floor above and below In considera=
  -tion of which the said Dugan shall hold it rent free for the afd Term
   of Twenty one years.   Item my will is that the afd William Dugan
   shall have hold and Occupy a Sufficient quantity of Ground for to build
   a Shop thereon together with a Sufficient quantity of Ground for a Yard
   for the Same at the Creek Side by the two red Oaks standing on the
   brink of the [beach?] for and during the Term and Time of Twenty one years
   rent free from the first day of January 1781. —
   Item My Will is that the Mill and the two Acres above mentioned —
   together with the Land that Naturally belongs to the Mill be Sold at the
   discretion of my Trustees when they think proper in or at any time after
   my decease and the Value of the same or what it sels for equally divided
   between my two Sons Thomas and John Eunick after my lawfull Debts –
   is deducted and paid out of the same. Item my will is that my beloved —
   wife Hannah Eunick shall have the whole of my Land for hir & the —
   Childrens use untill the two Boys comes of Age, the Mill & the Land nominated
   and appointed for the use of the Same Excluded, provided she doth live —
