   live Single so long, but if she takes a Husband and gets Married, then
   she is to take one third part of my Estate after my lawfull Debts are paid
   Item My Will is that the Lotts before mentioned shall return to my
 ^twoSons Thomas and John Eunick use after the Leases or time afd is Expired
   Item My Will is that James Willis [?] Cooper shall or may hold the House
   he now lives in, as long as he pleases by finding his firewood and paying
   an Annual Rent of Three pounds Specie for the same during the Term
   he holds it— Item My Will is that my beloved friend Jacob Jones be
   my Sole Executor to Enjoy and have the ordering of my whole Estate untill
   my Children comes of Age, provided he does not Imbizel my Childrens
   Legacies but take the Consent and advice of those Trustees following whom
   I have Intrusted, and do desire to advise my said Excutor as may be ~
   most for my wife and Childrens Good. Item I do Constitute + appoint
   my well beloved friends Isaac Perkins St. Leger Everett and Rasin Gale
   Trustees to my Estate to See the performance of this my last Will & Testament
   and the ordering of all things for the good of my Wife + Children. ——
   My Will & request is that my said Trustees take care that my Children-
   is well Educated and in good order brought up to Learning, for what
   use may be Taught necessary, and not to be at their own dispose. or –
   in possession of any part of their Estate untill they are of Age, and then
   to do nothing without the advice & approbation of my afd Trustees, —
   For the particular Confirmation of all & Singular the premises to all
   Intents and porposes do declare this to be my last Will & Testament ,
   and no other In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal —
   this Sixteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven
                                                                        his mark — and
   hundred and Eighty one. —                      John    Ss Eunick    (‡‡‡)
   Signed Sealed pronounced and declared by John Eunick the above named
   Testator and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at
   his Request and in his presence have Subscribed our names as Witnesses
   thereto. – William Gale, James Wells, TemperanceherXmark ~ Brooks
   May 29th. 1783 Then Came James Wells & Temperance Brooks two of the
   Subscribing Witnesses to the within last Will & Testament of John Eu[nick]
