   I Give to my Daughter Temperance Roberts all that Remainder
   lying between that Part devised to the Child with which my Wife is
   now Pregnant and that Part devised to my Son Samuel to Run
   entirely through the Lot to her, her Heirs and Assigns forever ——
   I Give to my Daughter Nancy Roberts forty feet on the beck street to Run
   Ninety feet deep, said forty feet front and ninety feet deep to be laid off
   next to the Corner Devised to my Son Samuels to her, her Heirs and assigns
   forever. I give to my Grandson George  Apsley Twenty five feet front on
   back Street to Run Ninety Deep to be laid off next to that Part devised
   to my Daughter Nancy, to have^himhis Heirs and Assigns forever, but if the
   said George Apsley should die without Issue lawfully begotten then this
   Devise shall go to my son Roberts Roberts and his Heirs forever, and if he
   should die without lawfull Issue then to my son Thomas Billingsley —
   Roberts and his Heirs forever, and if^heshould die without lawfull Issue
   then to my Son Robert^Robertsand his Heirs forever~ I Give to my Grandson Ruben
   [Ferrell?]ey Twenty five feet front and ninety^feetdeep adjoining to George Apsleys
   to him his heirs and assigns forever, but if the said Reuben should die with=
 =out lawful Issue then in that case this devise shall go to my Son Roberts Roberts
   and his heirs forever, and if he should die without lawful Issue then to my Son
   Thomas Billingsley and his heirs forever, and if^heshould Die without lawful
   Issue then to my Son Robert Roberts his heirs and assigns forever.  I Give to my
   Grandson Robert Ashley Twenty fife feet front and Ninety deep adjoining
   that Part devised to Reuben T^errell [?] to him and his Heirs forever, but if^heshould
   die without lawful Issue then this Devise shall go to my son Roberts Roberts
   and his heirs forever and if he should die without lawful Issue then to my Son
   Thomas Billingsley Roberts his heirs and Assigns forever ——
