   and if he should Die without lawful Issue then to my son Robert
   Roberts his Heirs and assigns forever I Give to my Loving wife Temperance
   Roberts after my Just Debts and funeral Expences are paid all the remainder
   of my Estate of whatsoever kind or Nature it may be for her thirds of my Estate
   and for the Maintainance and Education of my Children. I also give to my
   Loving wife the whole of my Real Estate untill my Children come of age to
   Receive their Portions, Provided she Remains single, but if she should marry
   and my Children should not Chose to live with and receive their Maintainance
   and Education under her after Marriage then in that case they shall have the
   Priviledge of chosing a Guardian to Act for them. I do constitute and —
   appoint my Loving wife whole and Sole Executrix of this my last will and
   Testament and I do revoke annul and make void all other wills by me heretofore
   made in Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty
   Eight day of September one thousand Seven hundred and Eighty Seven —
   Sign’d Sealed Published and Dec:   }       Robert Roberts       {Seal}

   it being first Red to him in ower Presence who at his Request and in the Presence
   of each other have hereunto Subscribed our Names as witnesses~ Thos McCleur [?]

    Decemr 11,th 1787. then Came Thos McCleur [?], James Arthur and Robert Reid
   the three Subscribing witnesses to the within last Will and Testament of Robert Roberts
   late of Kent County Deced, and Severally made oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty
   God that they did see the Testator herein named Sign and Seal this Will, and that they^heard
   him Publish Pronounce and Declare the same to be his last Will and Testament
   that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their Apprehensions of Sound and dispo=
   Mind memory and understanding, and that they Respectively Subscribed their Names
   to this Will in the Presence and at the Request of the Testator and in the Presence
