{233} In the Name of God Amen I Robert Roberts being weak in Body but of sound and Perfect mind and Memory do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. I Give to my Son Samuel a Lot belonging Roberts that corner of my Lot in Chester Town opposite^to John Harrigan Deced to contain thirty feet on the Back Street and to run Ninety feet deep with the Cross street toward high street to him the said Samuel Roberts his heirs and assigns forever Provided he gives up all his right to my Billiard Table. I give to my Son Roberts Roberts that corner of my Lot on high Street on which my office now stands to run with a Streight line with the End of my Dwelling house called the Tavern to my stable to him his Heirs and assigns forever I give to my son Thomas Billingsley Roberts my Dwell= =ing house called the Tavern and the Ground on which it stands to run the Same wedth of the House back as far as my Stable and to take in Said Stable to him and his heirs forever I give to my Son Robert Roberts Thrity feet on high Street to Run back in said Lot to my Garden fence to him his Heirs and assigns forever I Give to my Daughter Elizabeth Roberts all that Part of my Lot lying between the Part devised to my son Robert and the Lot belonging to Cap.t George Hartshorn to begin at high Street and Run back to my Garden fence, to her, her Heirs and Assigns forever, I Give of said Lot an Alley ten feet wide said Alley to begin at the back side of my Stable and Run Streight a Cross the Lot to the Lot adjoining mine. I Give to that Child my Wife is now Pregnant with Thirty feet on the Cross Street to Run with the alley through to the extent of my Lot to the^sdChild its heirs and assigns forever |
