201 I give and bequeath to my Grandson Robert Browning Son of John Writson Browning and my Daughter Isabel the Sum of One hun= = dred pounds current Money to be paid into the Hands of his Father or- Guardian when he shall arrive at the Age of fourteen years if he should so long live but if my said Grandson should die before he attains that Age that then this Legacy or any part thereof be not paid The said Legacy to be paid by my said three Sons Robert John and William in the following proportions to wit fifty pounds part thereof to be paid by Son Robert, and twenty five Pounds to be paid by each of my said Sons John and William Whereas some of my Lands are now rented out and others may be rentey out before my decease I do therefore order and direct that two third parts of the Rents arising thereon annually shall be accounted as part of my personal Estate during the Continuance of the Lease, or Leases thereon and shall go in a Course of Distribution, and the remaining one third of the said Rents to be the exclusive property of the person ~ to whom such Lands are respectively devised by this my Will ~ I do also direct that my personal Estate both in Delaware and Maryland be divided and destributed according to the Laws – of Maryland except such part thereof as is hereby given in Legacies I do hereby constitute and appoint my loving Wife Ann Maxwell and my Son Robert Maxwell whole and Sole Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament and hereby ratifying and Confirming this and none other as and for my last will and Testament and hereby revoaking and making null and void all the other Will and wills by me heretofore made, In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my Hand and Affixed my – Seal the 12th. day of January 1785 Robt.
