200 under this my Will, and then and in that Case my Will is that my Son John and his Heirs and Assigns forever shall have hold occupy and enjoy the Lands first devised to mysaid^Son William ample Manner to all Intents and Purposes whatsoever as my said ~ Son^William may might or could have done under this my Will, and in Case either of my Sons John or William should die without Heirs or Assigns then my Will is that the Lands herein devised to him shall go to the Survivor of the two and to his Heirs and Assigns forever, And if both my said two Sons John and William should die without Heirs or Assigns then my Will is that the Lands herein first devised to my Son William shall go to my Daughter Isabel Browning Wife of John Writson Browning and to her Heirs and Assigns forever - I give and devise to my loving Wife Ann provided she Stands to this my Will my riding Chais and Chaise Horse: her Choi following Negroes to wit Jemima, Jacob, and Ben, and her Choi Beds and Furniture - I further give and bequeath to my loving Wife upon the like Conditions for and during her natural Life the annual Sum of one Hundred pounds Current Money to be paid or secured to be paid in the Month of December in every year after my decease by my three Sons aforesaid and by John Writson Browning Husband of my said Daughter Isabel in proportion to what they may respectively draw from my Estate, hereby rating my Lands devised to my Son Robert at two thou= five Hundred = sand^ pounds current Money and the Lands devised to my Sons John and William at one thousand pounds like Money each, but in Case my Wife should not stand to this my Will, that then she shall have only one third part of my Estate real and personal as the Laws in such Case have provided – But it is my most earnest Wish and Desire if my Wife should not chuse to stand to this my Will, that she would be so obliging as to direct at her decease that my Children aforesaid shall have Such Negroes as may fall within her Thirds at the Prices which such Negroes may be worth by Appraisement at the Time they my said Children – paying to such person or persons as she may appoint to receive the same such Sum of Money as such Negroes may be appraised at after my Wifes decease. |
