    Divided between them and the Survivor or survivors of them,
   provided the person or persons dying should have no Issue.—
   and in case the same Tract of land is Sold by my executors, my—
   will is, and I Give and devise the Money arising from the Sale —
   thereof to be equally divided between my said daughters Anne,
   Elizabeth and Maria, as above directed _ _ but in either Case—
   this not to take place till the death of my said mother Hannah
   Cadwalader— Also, I Give and devise to my dear Sister Mary
   Dickinson, wife of Philemon Dickinson, two handsome suits
   of Silk Cloaths with trimmings compleat— which my exe=
 =cutors are requested to purchase for themher— —— —
   Also I Give and devise to my Brother Lambert Cadwalader my
   Solo phaeton and a pair of horses, the riding horse which I may
   have at the time of my death and Saddle & bridle and a pair of —
   harness—— Also, I Give and devise to my dear Children
   Anne, Elizabeth and Maria Cadwalader, all that Tract of
   land lying on Sassafrass river Called Bennetts regulartion, in
   Kent County in the State of Maryland containing about Seventeen

   hundred and Fifty acres, be the same more or less, purchased by
    of land containing about thirty Three acres, be the
   Col. Edward Lloyd of one Denning adjoining same more or
   less purchased by Coloel. Edward Lloyd decd. of one Denning —
   adjoining Bennetts regulation: likewise another Tract of land
   about one hundred and Twenty six acres formerly belonging to one
   Denning and convey’d to me by Edward Lloyd my brother in
   Law, and adjoining the said tract called Bennetts regulation
   all which said Tracts I Give to the said Anne, Elizabeth &
    Maria Cadwalader to be equally divided between them, or
   the survivor or Survivors of them provided Nevertheless that the
   person or persons dying shall leave no Issue and not otherwise
   together with all the buildings and improvements on the said
   several Tracts, and all the furniture that may belong to my said
   house on said Farm at the time of my death:- together
