    with all the Negroes young and old Male and female
    which may belong or be on said Farm at the time of my
    death; and all the stock of Horses, Cattle, Sheep; hogs, and Stock of
   every kind, and farming utencils, and Carts Waggons, and every other
   thing belonging to said farm, except such Negroes as my dear wife—
   may chuse according to the devise before to her made — All which
   I give and devise to my said dear Daughters Anne, Elizabeth &
   Maria to be equally divided between them and the survivor or—
   Survivors of them, except one or any should die and leave issue—
     Also I give and devise to my said daughters Anne, Elizabeth
   and Maria a piece of Marsh on Pensawkin Creek in New Jersey
   conveyed to me by Hannah Adams, in Consideration of the annual
   Sum of Twenty pounds, to be paid to sd. Hannah Adams during her
   Natural life.__ which sum of Twenty pounds I hereby direct shall
   be annually paid out of the income of my estate and not to be —
   Charged to the particular Account of my said children— I also—
   Give and devise to my said daughters Anne Elizabeth & Maria
   Cadwalader all the residue of my estate real and personal of what
   ever kind not before devised in whatever state or Country it may
   lie to be equally divided between them, and the survivor or Survivors
   of them, if either should die without issue of their bodies— But
   if my Children Anne, Elizabeth and Maria should all die
   before they arrive at age and without Issue of their or either of
   their Bodies, then and not otherwise, I Give and devise all the estate
   real and personal dezised as before to my said Children Anne,
   Elizabeth and Maria to my Sons Thomas and Jno. Cadwalader
   to be equally divided between them or the survivor of Them, —
   except the one who dies should leave issue.— But in Case—
   Thomas and John Cadwalader or the survivor should become,
   by the death of their said Sisters Anne Elizabeth & Maria
   possessed of all the estate real and personal heretofore
   devised to their said Sisters, then, and it that case I hereby
   Give and devise and my will is that Thomas and John
